Hey guys! So great to meet you.
We are the dynamic duo behind Froth, both photographers from Vancouver Island, Canada who met and instantly connected on a surf trip in beautiful Tofino, BC years back.
We have spent years fine tuning our photography businesses and are so excited to share with you what we know about the fashion and surf photography industry.
We have a unique, laid back approach to photography and try to have the most amount of fun wherever we are - which evidently led us to create this experience!
FROTH - our retreat baby has been in the works for almost a year now, combining both our expertise and knowledge into one unforgettable experience that we cannot wait to host for you in Baja Mexico this February!
About Kristen.
Kristen Buchholtz is best known for her fashion photography, having left Canada in 2023 for a year long trip around the world shooting at Paris Fashion week, brand campaigns in Bali and shot for GLAMOUR magazine in Greece.
She then spent almost a year in Australia where she did a deep dive into the fashion world, working closely with modelling agencies, hosting content shoots with local photographers and models, shooting backstage at Australia Fashion week and produced several magazine editorials across Australia and New Zealand.
She primarily shoots with film - 35mm and medium format but also digital.

About Steffi.
Steffi Jade is a living legend in the women's surf community. Her passion for the ocean is evident in her dynamic photography, which captures the thrill and beauty of surfing.
Her work has taken her to stunning locations around the globe, allowing her to collaborate with her dream brands such as Roxy, Adelio, and Slowtide, as well as being published in magazines such as Mountain Life Media and Nouvelle Vague.
Her Mission? "I strive to share my unique view of the breathtaking beauty around me. If I can bring in a fraction of the essence felt in my experiences, I am happy."
